Cooler Hotter was launched by Jessica Wall and Shane Walton.  Yes, if you ask the right people, they are cool and hot.  They got the idea for the site while drinking coffee, sitting on their patio in sunny California.  A lot of work and half a year later Cooler Hotter opened its digital doors.  Now they live in the mountains of Asheville, NC where Jess works to protect the rights of animals, and Shane keeps busy building movements.
